1. In deze disclaimer wordt het volgende verstaan onder:
a. “CREDITFORCE”: De holding alsmede alle werkmaatschappijen welke behoren tot de CREDITFORCE-groep.
b. “De Website”: Elke website die onder auspiciën van CREDITFORCE op het internet wordt geplaatst.
c. “Gebruik(en)”: Het inloggen op de Website waarbij onder meer, doch niet uitsluitend, informatie wordt ingeladen, opgevraagd, geraadpleegd, gelezen, bekeken, beluistert en/of verzonden, of elektronische formulieren worden ingevuld.
d. “De Gebruiker”: De natuurlijke of vertegenwoordigde rechtspersoon die gebruik maakt van de website.
e. “De Informatie”: De teksten, grafische afbeeldingen, logo’s en/of andere objecten op de Website.
2. De Informatie dient enkel en alleen tot informatieverstrekking over CREDITFORCE en haar partners, alsmede de diensten die zij aanbieden en het aanvragen van nadere inlichtingen daaromtrent. Zij wordt verstrekt zonder enige vorm van garantie en is geheel vrijblijvend.
3. CREDITFORCE kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enige directe, indirecte of gevolgschade die voortgekomen zou zijn uit het gebruik van de Website, de Informatie, enige aan de Website gekoppelde website van derden, dan wel de daarop voorkomende gegevens.
4. Websites van derden waarnaar wordt verwezen op de Website staan niet onder toezicht of controle van CREDITFORCE. Zij kan derhalve geenszins aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor de inhoud ervan. De aanwezigheid van enige hyperlink op de Website kan niet worden gezien als instemming met de inhoud van gekoppelde websites. De hyperlinks worden enkel en alleen geplaatst ter vergemakkelijking van de informatievoorziening.
5. CREDITFORCE, respectievelijk de rechthebbende, behoudt alle rechten, waaronder doch niet uitsluitend auteursrechten, merkrechten en octrooien, met betrekking tot de Informatie.
6. Het kopiëren, aanpassen en/of verspreiden van de Informatie, in elektronische dan wel in gedrukte weergave, is zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van CREDITFORCE ten strengste verboden.
7. Ongeautoriseerd of oneigenlijk gebruik van de Informatie kan een inbreuk op intellectueel eigendom, privacywetgeving en/of eigendom in de absolute zin van de term opleveren. Het is de Gebruiker niet toegestaan om de Informatie, anders dan te downloaden of af te drukken voor persoonlijk niet-commercieel gebruik, zonder uitdrukkelijke toestemming van CREDITFORCE over te nemen, te vermenigvuldigen of op welke wijze dan ook te distribueren of openbaar te maken.
8. De Gebruiker verklaart door gebruik van de Website CREDITFORCE en alle aan haar gelieerde entiteiten, waaronder doch niet uitsluitend werknemers, licentiehouders en handelspartners te vrijwaren tegen en schadeloos te stellen voor gerechtelijke en buitengerechtelijke stappen inclusief de kosten voor rechtsbijstand en vergelijkbare bijstand noodzakelijk geworden door gebruik van de Website als gevolg waarvan derden juridische stappen tegen CREDITFORCE hebben ondernomen.
9. Op deze disclaimer is alleen Nederlands recht van toepassing. Alle geschillen welke op grond ervan ontstaan worden beslecht door de bevoegde rechter in het arrondissement Utrecht.

5. CREDITFORCE, respectively the rightful owner, reserves all rights with regard to the Information, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and patents.
6. It is expressly prohibited to copy, modify or distribute the Information either electronically or in paper form, without the prior written permission of CREDITFORCE.
7. Unauthorized or improper use of the Information may infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy legislation and/or absolute ownership. Without the explicit permission of CREDITFORCE, the User is not permitted to download, multiply, distribute or publicize the Information in any way, shape or form, other than to download or print for personal non-commercial use.
8. By using the Website, the User declares to protect and indemnify CREDITFORCE and all its allied entities, including but not limited to its employees, licencees and trade partners, against claims of third parties, including the costs for legal assistance and/or professional aid, which may become necessary as a result of the use of the Website by the User.
9. This disclaimer is subject to Dutch Law only. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Utrecht.
